Checking Safersys.org on Morton J Lemkau Moving and Storage DOT#241033 notice under Carrier Operation an x is by Intrastate Only (Non-HM) instead of Interstate. What does this mean? Please advise

Remember, Morton J Lemkau operate under two USDOT numbers: one is their own (241033) and one that belongs to Weaton Van Lines (70719).
"X" by "Intrastate Only (Non-HM)" means they are authorised to do intrastate moves only (non-hazard materials), but under the authority of Wheaton Van Lines they can of course do interstate movers (that's how agent-van lines relationship works.
In other words, for long distance moves Morton J Lemkau will do the pickup, and Weaton will deliver the shipment to your final destination.
