Non-ratable safety and driver inspections in safersys.org
When a company has a "non-ratable" safety or driver inspection, what does that mean? Why would an inspection be non-ratable?

Jack,
Usually "Non-Ratable" ratings are given when there is not enough information to justify a solid rating. You would often see that in case there were no inspections for very long time (or ever).
