I can only give you my opinion on that one, since to give more solid answer I will need to see both the door and the bed.
When you put the sofa bed on a side it could be less then 30 inch wide, so in this case you would be able to fit it through the door. There might be a problem though, since sofa beds are usually extremely heavy and would require couple of healthy movers to tackle it.
I any case, if geometrically it is possible to fit then professional movers would fit it. Just watch for the walls.
