Tipping the drivers

Do you tip the drivers? What would you suggest?

For a long distance move you would probably have a pickup and a drop off taking place. Most of the drivers will participate both in the pickup and the drop off, since they are part of the moving team.

In that case you should tip the driver just as you would tip any other mover.
