To perform a Consumer Record investigation of any given company we need 1-3 days, and we need you to provide us with the following information:
- The company name and DOT number (or MCC number)
- Your history with this company: e.g. have you contacted them already (or have they), do you have an estimate from this company, etc.
- Optional: details of your move. If you have an estimate from this company we could give you our evaluation of this estimate based on the details of your move (make sure you give us the same info you gave them).
- Optional: any other information you already have on this company, or any particular requests you have regarding our investigation of this company record
To request investigation follow those steps:
- Ask a new question and place it under Finding a Mover->Company Public Record
- In the Subject place Company name and DOT number, e.g. Some American Movers (US DOT #123456)
- In the Body place your request with the above mentioned information (Company name, DOT and/or other numbers, your history with the company, etc.)
When the request is submitted one of our team members will start the investigation.
