Want to move down south, please help :)
We would like to move down south , we our looking for a safe place ,and good school for our kids and we are looking for a cheaper place than where we are now .

I know exactly how you feel, with the prices of housing here in New York I lost all hope to own an apartment of my own...
South is probably a great place to move to now, just make sure you stay away from all those scary places with tornados or other "Force Major" surprises down there.

Try movedownsouth.com. I lived in NY and was desperate to get out of the area- between housing costs, taxes, i was being crucified. Finally moved down to Carolina, house was 1/2 the price and taxes are $3k less a year. Love the yearround weather!!!!!
