How to find small amount of space on interstate moving truck
Where can I just get a small amount of space on a big moving truck that is going cross country that has extra space to sell?

I know one site that does something like that, it is called StraightDelivery.com. Basically, this site is a matchmaker between those moving companies that have shipments, and other moving companies or independent truckers that have available space in their trailers.
They offer free trial, so you could probably sign up and list your shipment, although I am not sure they allow private consumers to list shipments. But its probably worth trying, because this is how you can get a wholesale price for the delivery.
Another option is to decide what price you want to pay for the delivery, fill out moving quotes request and specify in the comments that you are only interested in space on the trailer and will only be willing to pay your price for that space.
Good luck with your move,
