Question by mkrissy381 (Krissy)

Wanting to move south!

Wanting to move south, but don't know which state/area to move to! Was looking for an area with nice people, low housing costs, low crime, and job opportunites. I am sick of the rude people where I live now and just want a fresh start. I was looking into Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee. (open to any suggestions and info. about the places I just mentioned) Thank you!

Interesting question, I must say.

Looking for the right place to move is not easy, especially if you are not really sure where you want to go. Most people relocate because they have already been transferred from their current jobs, or they simply know they will have better career opportunities.

Other people relocate because they already have planned to buy a house elsewhere. Here are a few articles from Relocation.com that might help you make a decision:
  1. More Americans Seek Smaller Homes in the Suburbs, According to Relocation.com Survey

  2. More Americans Want to Call Themselves Texans, According to Relocation.com Moving Survey

  3. New Relocation.com Survey Finds Americans Staying Closer to “Home”

Good luck with your move,
