Summary:
This seems to be an OK-(minus) company. Although no complaints other then the ones in the BBB were found, according to the size of their fleet it seems like 1 out of 7 moves they perform resulted in some dissatisfaction for the customers.
I would also like to say that their record might improve in the next year or so, because in the last year they only had 1 complaint with the BBB and no other complaints elsewhere, so if they keep up this good record they might become AB and up company.
