After checking withthe BBB, and not realizing your website existed, we booked a move with this company. What a mistake! They charged a $75 fee to go up stairs to pick up my furniture, a fee which was not disclosed previously. Then, they tried to charge $500 to bubble wrap the furniture- again not disclosed to me. They now have my furniture over 3 weeks, and still will have not delivered it to me. Latest excuse is that the truck has broken down again! I called their office 18 times, asking for a return call, and not once has the call been returned. Do not use this company!!!!!

NO! NO! NO! NO!
Do not use this company! North America Moving Systems is a complete disaster and should be avoided at all costs. Their customer service is beyond bad (they do not return phone calls and are constantly firing employees, so there is no continuity and record keeping of client conversations/information). They were days late on both pickup and delivery, with no advance notice or follow up calls. After the missed delivery, they subsequently promised and missed two more delivery dates. The office staff and dispatcher were rude, unprofessional and completely unreliable.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
