Hello,
Packing up an entire house is quite an extensive, but a necessary task when moving. The best way to tackle such a job is to plan. One of the first things you can do is to organize your belongings into a keep, donate or toss pile. Getting rid of some stuff will really help you with your move - not to mention save you some money off of your moving expenses. Consider donating some old and unused goods to a local GoodWill or Salvation Army. You can also pass along these items to friends and family members. Items such as old and worn down clothing should be tossed. The keep pile (aka your useful items) should then be placed into sturdy moving boxes.
As you are packing and sealing your boxes, label and organize your boxes by writing what rooms they should be placed in and on a separate sheet what are the contents of the boxes. This will really help you will unpacking!
We also suggest starting early (to avoid stress) and obtaining supplies as soon as you know you are moving.
Have a great moving experience.
Good luck with your move,
