Moving to England
My daughter is moving to London, England. She only will have clothing and small household items. Are there different size shipping containers we can bring to our house so we can pack them ourselves for overseas shipment?

Since you are sending small household items and clothing only, it can be packed into cartons. Sizes vary from 1.5 cubic feet to 6.0 cubic feet, and then there are wardrobe cartons that are 15 cubic feet. If you end up with a large number of cartons, you can ship them in a lift van (a palletized container holding about 80 cubic feet), which would need to be handled by an international moving company that would inventory and seal the container. If you are going to ship by UPS or some other carrier, you can pack and ship the stuff on your own.
Good luck with your move,
