Question by tjohnson (Tim J.)
How can I find workers to help with loading and unloading?
I packed and need workers to load and unload from an apartment to a storage facility. Do storage places ever include a free truck?

Many storage firms also offer the first month free, so look around for this kind of offer.
Second, there are various companies that offer skilled labor to load and unload a truck. One such company is Moving Labor Services.
Also, you can call moving companies themselves for this service. Moving companies will gladly hire out its employees even if they're not able to do the driving portion.
The good part with this option is that you get people who know what they're doing, and the workers are covered by insurance. If you're tempted to get help off of Craigslist, beware: these workers could be uninsured, which means you'd be liable for any injuries if they're injured on your property.
While they might be cheaper, they could end up costing you a lot more in the long run if there's a mishap.
