We couldn't locate their file. There is a file for the South Dakota company with similar name, but as I mentioned before we could not find any evidence to the connection between the two.

This company doesn't seem to be a scam mover. We did not find enough information to rate it, however, since it was not featured in any of the consumers sites, and does not have any bad trace we can safely assume that it is relatively safe to use.
It is important to remember that Kedney Moving Center is an agent of Atlas Van Lines, therefore your incident could be related to the fact that Atlas failed to send a truck on time to pick up your belongings, so it might not be a direct fault of Kedney.
Also, those incidents are not so rare in moving, it is more like part of the nature of this industry. In general, moving companies do not (and should not) promise an exact day of delivery, unless it is specifically agreed upon in the contract, and the price for that service could double the total price, so it is only done for extremely time-sensitive deliveries.

Dear Sir or Madam:
I would like any information you have or can obtain on Kedney Moving Center, Grand Forks, ND. They are DOT #125550. They have already picked up my things and were supposed to deliver them this Saturday, but now have said that the driver did not come when he was supposed to but should be there Thursday or Friday and then they will have another date for me.
So I would like to find out if they have generally been a problem or whether this is just a rare incident.

Safersys.org reveals the following information:

- Trucks: not specified

- Office location: 4700 Demers Ave. Grand Forks, ND 58201
- The information in the Safersys.org report is rather confusing: their operations are classified as UNKNOWN (movers should have Auth. For Hire), they have no trucks and drivers listed, and under Cargo Carried they have General Freight instead of Household Goods. At the same time under Safety Inspections section they did have vehicle and driver inspections, which contradicts with the listing of trucks and drivers. Possible explanation for this confusing data could be the fact that they operate under Atlas Van Lines.
- For the record, inspections section shows statistics way higher then both average for the driver and vehicle out-of-service ratings.
