Remedying a bad move

We recently had a company move our belongings six miles. From the onset it was the experience from pergatory, beginning with hidden costs, constant harassment by the driver, broken items and an attempt to overcharge us. We sent the company a letter within 48 hours to let them know about the broken items and disatisfaction with the job. This was almost three weeks ago, and we are still getting the run around. What legal recourse do we have to make this company fulfill their obligations according to the form we signed and repeated phone conversations? Thank you, Dave
