Any tips on effective ways to inspect boxes and items upon delivery?

My husband's company will be moving us about 2.5 hours from where we are now. Two questions: The company's preferred moving vendor is Prestige and I cannot find any info online, good or bad, about this division of Allied. Do you have any information about them? Also, re: moving day arrival in the new house...I've heard it's very difficult to assess if anything is missing before you sign off. Do you have any tips on an effective way to inventory countless boxes and items in a short amount of time, while the movers are waiting for us? Thank you!
